Ofcourse it's fake.
All of those celebrity foot close-ups are fake.

* If you look closely at the hair you can see they cut out her head and placed it very poorly over the original face.

It's a fake my dear Koke. I believe they use a website by the URL: E-FEET.DE. then this people do a pretty good job at pasting celebritie's faces on them. That foot looks like foot model Jenny's, who also has a web page.

That is correct. And like I had said, they most certaintly take the bodies with the foot poses from E-FEET.DE, which is a German foot website. They do have some gourgeous foot models there though.....you could only wish that some of the Hollywood ladies would pose like that as well.
