Photographers are so creative these days! Or maybe they are just weird 
I have to say I do think Scarlett is oh so hot, but her toes just don't float my boat. I think I find her feet sexier when they are in shoes (A scene from Spirit springs to mind  )

Most professional photographers just take the photos, the art director is responsible for making it look creative. 
David le chapelle is known for his creative celeb photos.
I agree too, I think she is definately cute, but her feet aren't as good as most. It's down to her having fat feet and short toes. They look good from the side though
