It's obvious that this forum is hosting dodgy images, which is why the admin has locked access thinking it will protect their forum from being closed down.

Either that or like it says, "THERE ALSO SEEMS TO BE ONLY 1 PERSON  ALLOWED TO REGISTER EVERY MINUTE SO PLEASE BE PATIENT."
